A Place to Exhale, Reconnect, & Remember What Matters
At the end of a demanding day, most of us do not need one more thing to accomplish. We need a place to exhale, reconnect, learn something meaningful, and remember what matters. A Loving Hour is an inviting space for members of the ALO Consortium to explore wellness, wisdom, self-awareness, leadership, creativity, human connection, and personal growth through the lens of love.
Each 60-minute gathering explores a fresh theme through guided conversation, practical wisdom, gentle mindfulness meditation, reflection, creative exercises, and meaningful connection with other members. No preparation is required—come exactly as you are and leave a little more yourself.
What you'll walk away with, every time: an insight worth carrying into your week, a calmer body, and lasting perspective gained through genuine conversation with fellow human beings. This recurring practice turns ALOC’s core values into an experiential hour where we do not just talk about love—we experience and practice it together.
