Hi - this is Shanu Gupta, located in Monroe, CT. I am a mom of two boys and with profession, I am in IT from past 20 years of experience, started my career as a developer and now into program management for delivering complex ambiguous IT programs. I have worked in various companies like Thales, Citi, Prudential Financial, Aetna, BCBS, Salesforce etc. Since, I have seen ups and downs in my career because of the culture in these organizations, I feel that these orgs need to develop love, compassion and kindness to give psychological safety to individuals.
