Nonye Tochi Aghanya, MSc, RN, FNP C, is an author, keynote speaker, Family nurse practitioner and health consultant with over 33 years of clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings. She holds a Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Pace University in New York. Her work focuses on improving clinician-patient communication by addressing fear, anxiety, and trust barriers in healthcare. She is the author of several books, such as “Principles for Overcoming Communication Anxiety and Improving Trust, “Tips for Effective Communication: A vital tool for Trust Development in Healthcare”, and “Effective Communication Guidebook for Patients” and a guidebook for clinicians. A member of both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Homecare Medicine, she is married with 4 daughters and 2 grandsons.
