Jeffrey is an award winning leadership author, innovator and consultant. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 40 years experience in designing and building companies and leadership teams in the business, not-for-profit and political arenas. During his career he has founded and built two multi-million dollar organizations, several regional and national not-for-profit industry associations and a leadership think tank. In 2005 he founded Capability Accelerators, a boutique leadership and OD consulting firm. During this time he has created a body of work focused upon developing, refining and teaching next generation leadership and OD mindsets, models and methods designed for the modern workforce and the age of AI. His book and his process for leadership and organizational transformation have won won multiple national and international awards. Jeffrey is also a committed student of spiritual and consciousness studies. He is a student of energy healing, a Reiki Master and is a practicing end of life Doula.
