Healthcare has been my passion for 25+ years, starting as a Clinical Dietitian and evolving into a focus on Patient Experience. I've worked with organizations across the U.S., learning from inspiring individuals and seeing the shared challenges in delivering exceptional care. Now, I’m channeling this experience into founding the Healthcare Reinvention Collaborative (HRC), a community and social purpose company uniting changemakers to reimagine healthcare and drive meaningful, lasting transformation. Together, we can disrupt the status quo.

My journey in athletics began as a three-year starter and team captain for the University of Toledo football team, where I had the privilege of leading my teammates as a defensive player. I received accolades such as Team’s Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference honors.

After college, I pursued my dream as a free-agent defensive back in the NFL, which allowed me to work alongside some of the best talents in the sport. I’m particularly passionate about youth athletics and have had the honor of developing and coaching the Tower Titans football team. Over the years, we’ve built a strong program that empowers young athletes, helping them thrive in a supportive environment. Watching these young players grow and succeed together is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
