I’m grateful to have been recognized as Fire Official of the Year by both the Southwest Ohio Building Officials Association and the Ohio Building Official Association in 2016 and 2017.

Currently, I serve as a Client Advocate Manager for Premier RX, where I work closely with my team to champion employee benefits and advocate for our clients' needs. Together, we strive to make a meaningful impact in every arena we engage.

Henrietta Szutorisz is a PhD biomedical scientist and entrepreneur with >25 years of international experience in healthcare research and innovation. She is currently the founder and CEO of Objective Recovery, a startup applying cutting-edge neuroscience and technology to develop personalized solutions for addiction and mental health challenges. Having overcome serious addiction and other mental health struggles herself, Henrietta brings rare insight and empathy to her mission of making healing more effective and fulfilling. She also consults with healthcare organizations to develop science-informed, sustainable solutions for recovery, behavioral health, and systems-level change.

As a Work Place Culture Partner and Executive Coach, I partner with Physicians leaders to cretae humane cultures so each person can bring their whole self to their work. Healthcare workers and organization direction can then be touched by love and healing. My dedication to healthcare began while serving as the Designated Caregiver for my husband, Michael. His diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis led to two transplants, over forty hospitalizations and extensive medical care for fourteen years. I witnessed dozens of Physicians working tirelessly to keep him and others alive demanding long work hours, too long and in very stressful circumstances. Their genuine care and love for both me and Michael touched our souls. My desire to care for Physicians is born from the deep gratitude I feel for Michael’s Physicians and all who were in the struggle with us. This kind of dedication is often demanded of Physicians and Healthcare workers and is not sustainable. We know this because Physician burnout and suicide is staggering! Healthcare culture can be energizing and create caring and loving work places. Physicians, Healthcare workers and Patients will thrive in a humane culture.

*A SIMulationist is a healthcare professional with specialized expertise/passion for evidence-based simulation techniques. Simulationists also advocate for sound, innovative technologies in the design for excellence in healthcare simulation education.

I've had a career very aligned with ALOC. I started my career as a hem/onc physician, a role I loved until I felt a pull in another direction. I became my organization's (Einstein in Philadelphia) first chief quality officer, a position I held for 12 years. I then led the Plexus Institute, a non-profit organization that was focused on applying principles/practices from complex systems into organizations/communities to improve their "health." Since 2018 I've been a coach, primarily for physicians, helping them to heal and grow. I'm now part of Your Path in Medicine, an initiative bringing mental fitness (defined by Positive Intelligence as facing life's challenges with a positive emotional mindset) and critical leadership practices to physicians looking to (re)claim the joy and fulfillment of being a doctor.

Jeffrey is an award winning leadership author, innovator and consultant. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 40 years experience in designing and building companies and leadership teams in the business, not-for-profit and political arenas. During his career he has founded and built two multi-million dollar organizations, several regional and national not-for-profit industry associations and a leadership think tank. In 2005 he founded Capability Accelerators, a boutique leadership and OD consulting firm. During this time he has created a body of work focused upon developing, refining and teaching next generation leadership and OD mindsets, models and methods designed for the modern workforce and the age of AI. His book and his process for leadership and organizational transformation have won won multiple national and international awards. Jeffrey is also a committed student of spiritual and consciousness studies. He is a student of energy healing, a Reiki Master and is a practicing end of life Doula. He is committed to using this blend of experience and expertise to elevate the levels of leadership and cultural consciousness within organizations in ways that create more respectful and loving environments that simultaneously maximize engagement, energies and productivity.
