I am enterprise operating executive with extensive experience scaling commercial go-to-market engines, data solutions, and technology platforms. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Enterprise at Data Axle, he led a 400-person global organization and oversaw company-wide operational performance. Grounded in an engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Sumit specializes in bridging complex data and AI technologies with practical commercial execution—translating high-level strategy into sustainable growth frameworks and measurable organizational impact. Over his career, Sumit notably bootstrapped and scaled an emerging healthcare vertical from under $1M into one of the enterprise’s largest and most vital revenue streams, cultivating trusted C-suite partnerships with national health organizations including Aetna, Cigna, and Elevance. He brings deep insight into navigating the operational complexities of the healthcare ecosystem, driving market adoption, and aligning technology to solve core industry challenges. Outside of executive leadership, Sumit is based in the greater Boston area, where he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring culinary spots, and staying active outdoors.

Dr. Terry Ellis is an organizational development consultant and leadership coach with more than three decades of experience helping leaders and teams navigate growth, change, and complexity. I am a retired physician, contemplative author, and founder of Vox Veritas Vita Press, an independent press dedicated to writing that raises consciousness. After decades in medicine and healthcare leadership, I now devote myself to exploring the intersections of contemplative spirituality, medical insight, and the unfolding of human potential. My writing emerges from a conviction I share with A Loving Organization: that love is not something we must acquire but something already present within us, waiting to be uncovered and expressed. The inner journey and our outer impact cannot be separated. As we become more loving, compassionate, and present within ourselves, we change how we show up in our relationships, communities, and the systems we create together. My forthcoming title, "Love Notes: Nine Weeks to Opening Your Heart," offers a structured nine-week practice for recognizing and releasing the barriers that close the heart. I serve as Medical Research Liaison for the Contemplative Network, hold an advisory board position with Planetary Citizens, and am a founding member of the Octopus Movement.
