I've had a career very aligned with ALOC. I started my career as a hem/onc physician, a role I loved until I felt a pull in another direction. I became my organization's (Einstein in Philadelphia) first chief quality officer, a position I held for 12 years. I then led the Plexus Institute, a non-profit organization that was focused on applying principles/practices from complex systems into organizations/communities to improve their "health." Since 2018 I've been a coach, primarily for physicians, helping them to heal and grow. I'm now part of Your Path in Medicine, an initiative bringing mental fitness (defined by Positive Intelligence as facing life's challenges with a positive emotional mindset) and critical leadership practices to physicians looking to (re)claim the joy and fulfillment of being a doctor.

Jeffrey is an award winning leadership author, innovator and consultant. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 40 years experience in designing and building companies and leadership teams in the business, not-for-profit and political arenas. During his career he has founded and built two multi-million dollar organizations, several regional and national not-for-profit industry associations and a leadership think tank. In 2005 he founded Capability Accelerators, a boutique leadership and OD consulting firm. During this time he has created a body of work focused upon developing, refining and teaching next generation leadership and OD mindsets, models and methods designed for the modern workforce and the age of AI. His book and his process for leadership and organizational transformation have won won multiple national and international awards. Jeffrey is also a committed student of spiritual and consciousness studies. He is a student of energy healing, a Reiki Master and is a practicing end of life Doula. He is committed to using this blend of experience and expertise to elevate the levels of leadership and cultural consciousness within organizations in ways that create more respectful and loving environments that simultaneously maximize engagement, energies and productivity. Kasey is a nurse and nurse practitioner with clinical experience and a strong background in academic teaching within undergraduate nursing programs. She recently completed a doctorate in nursing education, focusing her research on the systemic factors in nursing programs that impact student well-being throughout their education. Her scholarly interests center on the experiences of both nurse faculty and nursing students in academic settings, particularly as they relate to burnout, work–life harmony, and the long-term personal impact of nursing education and teaching in the academic setting.
