Join author, healthcare leader, and ALO member Brian Cunningham, MBA, BS/OT for an engaging 90-minute interactive workshop. Together, we will illuminate a functional model for working directly with the levers of our Awareness to expand our Awareness Quotient (AQ) and explore a real-world roadmap for the natural developmental progression of leadership itself.
During this event, we will examine the first 5 levels of the developmental progression of leadership—from Level 1: Authoritarian Leadership up to Level 5: Servant Leadership. You will learn how to connect this growth process to the real work of leadership as an essential tool for personal and organizational transformation, allowing us to genuinely meet people where they are and co-create A Loving Organization.
Drawing on a decades-long journey from Hospital Parking Lot Attendant to healthcare CEO, Brian has studied the leadership/followership dynamic at every level. He is the author of three groundbreaking books, including Leadership: The Universal Principles, presenting practical applications of expanded awareness to today's complex organizational challenges.
