I’m Apurv Gupta, a healthcare performance improvement consultant working for Premier Inc. My expertise is in physician engagement, clinical governance, and care transformation. I’ve been working on A Loving Organization with many collaborators at Premier and within this Consortium. My hope and vision is that we can provide a viable, proven, working alternative to managing healthcare organizations through love rather than through our default fear based systems. My commitment to this cause arises from the realization that love is the best way for us to manifest our spiritual essence in the material world. I live in Rhode Island with my wife Anupama, son Ayush, daughter Sanaa, Mom Saroj, and dog Bruno.
