My background spins 40+ years and encompasses experience as a chief nurse executive and chief operating officer in integrated healthcare systems within New England and across the country. I have been a professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and have a keen interest in quality as it relates to pt. experience and outcomes. I am currently leading the work on embedding Caritas Caring Science across the Trinity Health enterprise. As a nurse executive change coach, I am committed to ensuring that love, empathy, and compassion remain at the forefront of our practice. I understand the importance of a contemporary practice model that continuously evaluates innovations that influence professional practice. We must never forget a patient centric approach while always remaining sensitive to cultural influences within our practice.
