I’m a nurse turned entrepreneur and systems-change advocate on a mission to eliminate preventable medical trauma in children. I’m the founder of The Butterfly Pig, where we create realistic, inclusive medical-play tools that help children and families understand, process, and feel safer during medical experiences. Our products are used by 20k+ families, child life specialists, and nurses, and are in over 140 hospitals around the world. I’m also the visionary behind the Innovative Care Institute and the THRIVE network—uniting frontline clinicians across disciplines in reducing the trauma of healthcare.

Dr. Wilde hosts the annual REVITALIZE retreat for physicians and healthcare professionals in Southern Utah. She's the owner of Imagine Pediatrics and assistant professor at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
