Malaika Simmons is the founder and Chief Empathy Officer for Momentology Media, LLC. She is a Human-Centered Design Strategist, Design Thinking Practitioner and International TEDx speaker. Malaika is a doctoral student in International Psychology focused on Humanitarian Organization Mental Health Systems. She uses her research background in coping with stress and overwhelm, along with her proprietary intentional framework called the Momentology Method™ to align Human-Centered Design approaches to her thought leadership, motivational speaking, empathy-based corporate training, and executive coaching services helping people and teams increase performance, productivity and profit through insight and impact. Malaika has spoken before members of Congress, White House appointees, and Fortune 500 executives. Her mission is to empower 1000 women to empower 1000 women. Globally.
