Founder: Focused Path Integrative Health. I am a trained Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who practiced psychotherapy as my primary modality along with integrative medicine. I burned out and faced moral injury as I became more and more disillusioned with providing care for clients in my heart-aligned practice of affordable and insurance-based care and felt disillusioned with insurance running our practices essentially. I slowly reduced my work and closed my practice in 2023 and moved to integrative coaching for helping professionals who are committed to creating entrepreneurial journeys as they work within or outside of traditional care without burnout or being boxed in. Compassionate creative courage is necessary and I work with leaders and entrepreneurs from the inside out so they can be focused from self-compassion, kindness and love and be the overflowing well towards others from love of self, trust of self. I particularly love to support the deconstruction that is necessary to reduce over identifying with role that is highly involved in burnout in helping professionals.

Hey everyone my name is Anna Dewar Gully and I live in Toronto Canada. I’m a mom to two fierce and lovely girls age 12 and 9, and the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of a company called Tidal Equality, we are striving to be the worlds leading resource on equitable innovation. For me love is a key value in my life and in my work. I think love is such a compelling and powerful value organizations can adopt and practice, it’s powerful because it’s something that most people want and need, and it’s a value that can inspire the expression of so many other important values like courage, and kindness, and even fierceness. I’m Apurv Gupta, a healthcare performance improvement consultant working for Premier Inc. My expertise is in physician engagement, clinical governance, and care transformation. I’ve been working on A Loving Organization with many collaborators at Premier and within this Consortium. My hope and vision is that we can provide a viable, proven, working alternative to managing healthcare organizations through love rather than through our default fear based systems.
