Hi I’m Natascha and I am a graphic designer (and artist in my free time). I also have experience with video, marketing, and website development. I have worked in healthcare-related organizations for about 10 years. Because of my work and personal experiences I have grown to have a passion for health equity, compassionate care, patient empowerment, and patient education.

I am a semi-retired coach and facilitator of change and learning. I have been passionate about listening for years. I want to build a world where people listen to each other as listening is the simplest way to "do" love. I live in Hatfield, near London, UK with my wife, Kay. We have two middle aged children, Tim and Rachel and two grown up grandchildren, Coda and Daniel. We have walked and travelled in 50 countries.

Greetings 💜 This is Pantea Vahidi. I was born and raised in Iran and live in San Diego, CA with my 3 kids and our pup. I have been named a mystic nurse by a few dear mentees perhaps because I’m a lifelong student of science, medicine, poetry, music, ancient wisdom, divinity … and draw much inspiration from Rumi. Professionally I am an engineer turned nurse and just got accepted into a DNP program which I’m so thrilled about as if I’m going to Disneyland! My life purpose and audacious mission is to heal humanity with compassion … perhaps a vision that was engrained in me everytime my father recited “Compassion transforms thorns into flowers” and each time I watched him extend grace to those who had done him wrong. During my time at the bedside with patients in the peak of their suffering, the visible contrast between the presence and deficit of compassion in care intrigued and inspired me and set me on a quest to study the science of compassion and find ways to cultivate this virtuous practice in healthcare … and the world. I currently work as a compassion educator and care advisor where I’m blessed to partner with healthcare leaders to embed more compassion into the care experience to improve the wellbeing of everyone. Designing and co-creating Loving Organizations is part of my goal alongside building schools and clinics in underprivileged areas. I believe compassion is the expression of love and I am a firm believer in the healing power of compassion. I have seen it transform and heal lives so many times that it’s become a deep inner knowing. Compassion does truly … transform thorns into flowers🌹

Hello everyone!! What an amazing and inspiring group ❤️ I am thrilled and honored to be a part of this incredible initiative. I am a physician working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Over the past 20+ years I have developed and launched products, worked with universities and health systems on their data strategies and now have my own consulting company focused on helping small-medium organizations in their digital transformation journey. I live with my husband and two daughters in California. Like many of you, I firmly believe that health and wellness requires a holistic approach and that often love, kindness and a positive mindset can work wonders. Hello All! I'm a wife of 18 months, mom of 2 sons and 2 daughters all grown, and 10 grandchildren. I love to row my single shell on the Puget Sound, draw with oil pastels, garden, snowshoe, and cook. I'm the Founder of A Human Workplace (www.AHumanWorkplace.com) and Co-Founder of Center for a Loving Workplace (www.LovingWorkplace.org) I am a social scientist, writer, speaker, leader, and organization development practitioner, who directed OD, quality and lean as well as a G2G (govt to govt) consultanting in Washington State Government. There I had the epiphany that to effectively work or improve, and to respect and care for people, we must create a culture of less fear and more love. Love belongs in every area of life as the "energy that uplifts and connects." In my primary qualitative research, I interview people about their experiences of love and fear at work to illuminate mindsets, practices, structures and thier impacts. I served in the Governor's Office as Director of Workplace Transformation for the State of WA, a position created for me to foster more loving and human state government workplaces. For the last 4 years, I've led a private B2B consulting practice with 30 affiliates in the US, Canada and the UK. I am currently focused on finally writing a book about my research. While I've taught in nearly every industry and spoken to more than 150 organizations in 11 countries, now post pandemic, I sense an urgency and longing for a meatier, industry-focused collaboration again. I'm eager to stubstantively document the practical leadership value and organizational practices of love. It's time! I'm overjoyed to see so many of you who are aligned and passionate about transforming healthcare with love. ❤️
