Hello everyone!! What an amazing and inspiring group ❤️ I am thrilled and honored to be a part of this incredible initiative. I am a physician working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Over the past 20+ years I have developed and launched products, worked with universities and health systems on their data strategies and now have my own consulting company focused on helping small-medium organizations in their digital transformation journey. I live with my husband and two daughters in California. Like many of you, I firmly believe that health and wellness requires a holistic approach and that often love, kindness and a positive mindset can work wonders. I look forward to learning from, and working with, you as we embark upon this fascinating journey together. I have no doubt it will be a memorable one 🙏❤️

Hello All! I'm a wife of 18 months, mom of 2 sons and 2 daughters all grown, and 10 grandchildren. I love to row my single shell on the Puget Sound, draw with oil pastels, garden, snowshoe, and cook. I'm the Founder of A Human Workplace (www.AHumanWorkplace.com) and Co-Founder of Center for a Loving Workplace (www.LovingWorkplace.org) I am a social scientist, writer, speaker, leader, and organization development practitioner, who directed OD, quality and lean as well as a G2G (govt to govt) consultanting in Washington State Government. There I had the epiphany that to effectively work or improve, and to respect and care for people, we must create a culture of less fear and more love. Love belongs in every area of life as the "energy that uplifts and connects." In my primary qualitative research, I interview people about their experiences of love and fear at work to illuminate mindsets, practices, structures and thier impacts. I served in the Governor's Office as Director of Workplace Transformation for the State of WA, a position created for me to foster more loving and human state government workplaces. For the last 4 years, I've led a private B2B consulting practice with 30 affiliates in the US, Canada and the UK. I am currently focused on finally writing a book about my research. While I've taught in nearly every industry and spoken to more than 150 organizations in 11 countries, now post pandemic, I sense an urgency and longing for a meatier, industry-focused collaboration again. I'm eager to stubstantively document the practical leadership value and organizational practices of love. It's time! I'm overjoyed to see so many of you who are aligned and passionate about transforming healthcare with love. ❤️

Sarah Smithson is an internal medicine physician and co-founder of Relational Leadership Partners (RLP), a mission-driven organization committed to human-centered culture change in healthcare. She thrives in interprofessional collaborations around leadership development and innovation in health systems, communication, and team-based care delivery. Prior to founding RLP, Sarah served as the Co-CEO and Vice President of Partnerships for Intend Health Strategies, was the Assistant Dean for Clinical Education and inaugural Director for Interprofessional Education and Practice at the UNC School of Medicine, and delivered primary care for over a decade. Sarah earned a dual MD/MPH degree from Emory University in Atlanta and completed internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

Hi - this is Shanu Gupta, located in Monroe, CT. I am a mom of two boys and with profession, I am in IT from past 20 years of experience, started my career as a developer and now into program management for delivering complex ambiguous IT programs. I have worked in various companies like Thales, Citi, Prudential Financial, Aetna, BCBS, Salesforce etc. Since, I have seen ups and downs in my career because of the culture in these organizations, I feel that these orgs need to develop love, compassion and kindness to give psychological safety to individuals. Looking forward to bring this change and be part of this great initiative!!!
