I’m driven by curiosity, honesty, and a desire to make things better. I enjoy understanding how people, organizations, and systems work, especially when the real challenge isn’t immediately obvious. I believe meaningful progress starts with asking better questions, being willing to challenge assumptions, and leading with transparency. I believe the strongest organizations are built by leaders who genuinely care about people. My goal is to help create environments where trust, accountability, and purpose can thrive, and where people feel seen, valued, challenged, and empowered to grow. I hope to leave every person, team, and organization a little stronger than I found them.

I am an author, leadership coach, speaker and learning experience creator who connects from my heart and is on a mission to show leaders how to lead from a place of love. I’ve enjoyed over 30 years as a leader, including as a senior executive in Healthcare and Hospitality, including 5-star hotels and advancing the guest model to patient care with the largest U.S. health system, HCA. I value my MBA in Healthcare Management, my Professional Coach Certification (PCC) and being a certified NeuroMindfulness Practitioner. I am proud of my award winning book - The Words We Choose: Your Guide to How and Why Words Matter, and to have co-authored the best seller, The Great LeadHERship Awakening.
